Pneumatic Rubber Fender with Chain and Tyre Net

Pneumatic Rubber Fender, also known as floating rubber fender or Yokohama type rubber fender, is the advanced anti-collision device for marine application in the world today and often installed on the terminal or ship, which use compressed air as medium to absorb or reduce the collision energy between ship to ship and ship to dock. Comparing with the traditional bumper rubber fender, it has more energy absorption, less reverse impact on ships, less weight, easier installation, softer and more economical. So pneumatic rubber fender is widely used by large tankers, PG vessels, ocean platforms, large docks, harbor and wharves.
Pneumatic Rubber Fender with Chain and Tyre Net is one kind of pneumatic rubber fender, which consists of car/truck tires placed with horizontal and vertical chains as a net to the fender. The tyre net adds extra protection to the fender body. At each end the chains are fastened to a flange and towing ring with shackles. The horizontal and vertical chains, the towing ring, shackles and swivel are galvanized or in stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
