When President Joe Biden seemed to forget last month that a congresswoman from Indiana had died in a car crash, people who relish that sort of thing claimed, once again, that he’s teetering on the brink of dementia.

I’m here to tell you, it didn’t mean squat.

Biden, at 79, doesn’t have much of a lead agewise on me. Both of us have decades of “stuff” packed into our skulls, and sometimes what’s pertinent gets buried under piles of useless information.
